Production process

Dehulled, defatted soybeans are the starting material — selected for quality and traceability. - 2Step 2:
Water-ethanol extraction removes soluble sugars, oligosaccharides, and anti-nutritional factors (trypsin inhibitors, lectins, saponins). - 3Step 3:
Drying and milling produces a consistent, free-flowing powder suitable for pelleting and mixing. - 4Step 4:
