Premium Return On Investment

Less feed volume, the same nutritional goals.

Superior digestibility means nutrients are easily broken down and absorbed by the animal, leading to better growth, milk production and health.

SPC requires less feed volume to achieve the same nutritional goals because of its concentrated protein content (72.9% vs 50.1% in standard soya). For a farm with 100 piglets (6-9kg), this means 250kg of standard feed versus just 210kg of SPC-based feed per batch – a savings of 40kg. Even though SPC costs more per kilogram, you're buying significantly less overall. Add faster piglet growth (reaching market weight 3-4 days sooner) and you reduce facility costs, labor, and time to sale. The result: premium protein at a lower total cost per piglet.

ANFs (anti-nutritional factors) are natural compounds found in plant proteins that block nutrient absorption and cause digestive upset in young piglets. They include saponins and trypsin inhibitors, which reduce feed intake and growth during the critical weaning phase. AASol contains zero ANFs, making it perfectly suited for weaned piglets and especially important for zinc-free weaning programs where piglet gut health is already stressed. This is why other protein sources like peas and beans failed in our research trials – the piglets simply wouldn't eat them due to high ANF content.

Particle size is critical to digestibility - smaller particles mean more exposed protein and less trapped fiber. Our research showed that raw sunflower meal had only 53.4% digestibility because protein was locked inside the fiber structure. By using precision sieving to create fine particles (below 0.125 micrometers), we achieved 89.1% digestibility – a dramatic 35% improvement. This fine-particle structure matches weaned piglets' developing digestive capacity, allowing them to extract maximum nutrition from every kilogram of feed.

AASol delivers 44.6% crude protein at a much lower price point, making it the best value-for-money on the market. When calculated on a cost-per-usable-protein basis, fine-particle AASol (with 89.1% digestibility) often outperforms standard soya products while costing less. For farms wanting to reduce feed costs without sacrificing piglet performance, AASol delivers premium results at an affordable price.
